— TH —1. งานเชิงพาณิชย์เพิ่มราคา 2 เท่า จากราคาเดิมค่ะ2. ขนาดงานมาตรฐานที่วาดคือ A4 300 dpi สามารถแจ้งปรับขนาดกระดาษได้ค่ะ3. ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้จ้างนำภาพร่างที่เราส่งให้เช็คไปใช้จนกว่าจะจ่ายค่ามัดจำ หรือ ชำระเงินครบถ้วนแล้ว4. เราจะใช้เวลาทำแต่ละภาพอยู่ที่ 1 สัปดาห์ - 3 เดือน ขึ้นอยู่กับชนิดงานและรายละเอียดค่ะ5. งานที่วาดเสร็จแล้ว จะถูกนำไปลงในเว็บ portfolio ของเราโดยจะใส่ลายน้ำชื่อผู้จ้างไว้ หากไม่ต้องการให้นำไปใส่พอร์ทรบกวนแจ้งก่อนนะคะ6. ไม่อนุญาตให้นำผลงานไปใช้ใน NFTs และ AI-generated ทุกกรณีโดยอย่างเด็ดขาด✳️หากมีข้อสงสัยเพิ่มเติมสามารถสอบถามได้ค่ะ— ENG —1. Commercial use-typed work is charged 200% of personal-use's price rate2. Standard work scale is A4 300 dpi, please feel free to inform us if you would like to resize the scale3. First payment(deposit) or full payment need to be transferred successfully. Nevertheless, using a WIP of commissioned work is prohibited4. Lead time is estimated to be around 3 days up to 3 months, depending on type of commissions and details5. We retain rights to artist credits and publishing the art in our personal portfolio & social media6. Commission Briefing Process

2. ประเภทไฟล์งานที่ต้องการ ( หากไม่แจ้งจะได้ .png , .jpg ค่ะ)
3. ขนาดไฟล์งาน (หากไม่แจ้งจะได้ขนาด A4 ค่ะ)
4. สเกลงาน (Bust shot / Half Body / Full Body) สไตล์งาน (Rough Sketch / Line art / Base Color / Cel Shading)
5. ข้อมูลลักษณะต่างๆของตัวละคร เรฟ สีหน้าท่าทาง ชุดที่ใส่ จำนวนตัวละคร และพื้นหลัง (หากมี)
6. สไตล์งานหรือรายละเอียดที่ต้องการเพิ่มเข้าไปในภาพ

Commission Process
— TH —1. ติดต่อมาช่องทางไหนก็ได้ เพื่อชี้แจงรายละเอียดงานที่ต้องการ ประเภทงาน และ reference พูดคุยเพื่อตกลงราคา หากมีเดดไลน์รบกวนแจ้งด้วยค่ะ (+ทำบรีฟลง google docs มาก็ได้ค่ะ)
📌ทุกคิวจะมีการวางมัดจำเพื่อยืนยันคิว เราจะส่งเลขที่บัญชีให้เพื่อโอนเงินมัดจำ 50% ของราคางานค่ะ
ส่งสลิปมาด้วยนะคะ (จะเริ่มทำงานหลังได้รับ 1.มัดจำ และ 2.บรีฟ ครบแล้วเรียบร้อยเท่านั้นค่ะ)2. เราจะส่งภาพร่างให้เช็คก่อน สามารถสั่งแก้ภาพร่างได้ 5 ครั้ง
(หากมากกว่านั้นจะคิดราคาเพิ่มครั้งละ 50 บาท ถ้าต้องแก้ในจุดที่เราผิดพลาดเองไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม)3. เราจะนำภาพที่ลงไกด์สีแล้วมาให้เช็คอีกทีค่ะ แก้ได้ 2 ครั้งในรายละเอียดเล็กๆน้อยๆ4. ผลิตงาน5. เมื่องานเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้วเราจะส่งภาพให้ตรวจสอบครั้งสุดท้าย เมื่อโอเคแล้วชำระเงินที่เหลือให้ครบถ้วน6. เมื่อชำระเงินครบถ้วนแล้ว จะส่งไฟล์งานให้ค่ะ✳️กรุณาชำระเงินภายใน 2 อาทิตย์นับจากวันที่เราส่งเลขบัญชีให้
✳️สามารถผ่อนได้ในกรณีที่มูลค่าของงานเกิน 1000 บาท— ENG —1. Contact us via any provided channel to send your brief, reference, and deadline (optional) *you can also send brief in form of Google Docs. Then we will confirm overall cost.
📌To confirm your queue, please make first payment(deposit 50% of total value). We will start working on illustration once we already receive both 1.deposit and 2.brief only.2. We will provide the screenshot of WIP throughout the process. WIP in skecth-stage can be edited 5 times (any further edits will have added fees (=50฿) to the overall cost)3. WIP in color-guided-stage can be edited 2 times in minor details4. *finishing the commission5. You can review the finished commission. If everything is settled, balance payment is required6. Commission will be delivered via email, when balance payment is transferred successfully✳️Final payment is required to be transferred within 2 weeks after confirmation of commission's final review

Refund | Cancellation
— TH —Q: หากจองคิวแล้ว ต้องการยกเลิกคิว ไม่ว่านักวาดจะเริ่มงาน หรือยังไม่ได้เริ่มงาน จะได้รับค่ามัดจำคืนหรือไม่?
A: หากจองคิวแล้ว ลูกค้ายกเลิกคิว จะไม่มีการคืนมัดจำทุกกรณีQ: หากต้องการยกเลิกคิวคอมมิชชั่น เพราะนักวาดไม่สามารถทำงานตามเดดไลน์ได้ จะได้รับมัดจำและค่าบริการคืนหรือไม่
A: หากนักวาดผิดสัญญา ไม่สามารถส่งงานตามเดดไลน์ที่ลูกค้าได้แจ้งไว้ และนักวาดรับรู้พร้อมยืนยืนวันส่งงานแล้ว ทางเรายินดีคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนให้กับลูกค้า (ต้องมีการแจ้งเดดไลน์ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการส่งบรีฟเท่านั้น หากมีการเร่งงานหรือแจ้งเดดไลน์กระทันหันระหว่างขั้นตอนการทำงาน ลูกค้าอาจต้องจ่ายค่าเร่งงาน หากส่งงานไม่ทันในกรณีนี้ จะคืนเงินเพียงบางส่วนเท่านั้น จะไม่คืนเงินเต็มจำนวน)Q: นักวาดส่งงานให้เราแล้ว แต่เราเปลี่ยนใจ ต้องการยกเลิกคอมมิชชั่นและขอคืนเงิน ทางเราจะได้รับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวนหรือไม่?
A: นักวาดทำงานและส่งงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ถือว่าการซื้อขายได้เสร็จสิ้นสมบูรณ์แล้วตามทางกฎหมาย ทางเราขอปฏิเสธการคืนเงิน— ENG —Q: If I already confirmed my queue, whether artist already started my commission or not, will I get a refund for my deposit?
A: If customer request a cancellation after confirming queue, the deposit will be non-refundable under any circumstances.Q: If I would like to cancel my commisison as artist cannot meet a hard deadline, will I get my refund?
A: Yes, I'm willing to give you a full refund only on the case that hard deadline must be included in your brief in the first place.
If there's any abrubpt changes that pressure artist to rush the process, customer might be required to pay a rush fee. If artist cannot meet a hard deadline in this case, only partial refund will be issued. There will be no full refund.Q: Artist already finished and delivered my commission. However, I change my mind. Now I want to cancel the commission and ask for a refund (due to any reasons...). Will I get a refund even my commission is done?
A: Artist already worked and delivered the commissioned piece as agreed. Once the work is completed and delivered, the transaction shall be considered final as binding by laws, and no refund shall be issued.
